This policy sets out our operational terms for doorstep residential pickup dispatches, enterprise factory clearances, and freight movement to our central hub at Plot No 24, Chanatoriya, Sagar, MP - 470004.

2. Regional Coverage Zones

Our fleet operates across dedicated primary and secondary collection corridors in Madhya Pradesh:

• Primary Express Zone: Sagar City, Makronia, Khurai, Banda, and Rahatgarh.
• Regional Enterprise Zone: Surrounding industrial corridors in MP for bulk plant clearances, demolition scrap, and recurring manufacturing offcut pickups.

3. Pickup Dispatch Timelines

• Same-Day / Next-Day Pickup: Once a booking is confirmed by our customer desk, local collection vehicles are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours within primary municipal limits.
• Time Slots: Standard pickup slots run from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday through Saturday).
• Industrial Clearance Schedules: Large-scale plant offcut clearances are assigned dedicated transport vehicles according to agreed contract terms.

4. Transport Fees & Minimum Quantities

We strive to offer hassle-free collection services:

• Free Doorstep Collection: Standard residential and commercial pickups within Sagar municipal limits are executed free of charge when meeting minimum bulk quantity requirements.
• Heavy Commercial Logistics: For high-tonnage industrial clearances, vehicle freight costs are factored directly into net material rate calculations or offset through bulk scrap payouts.

5. Site Access & Safety Requirements

To ensure safe and efficient material loading:

• Sellers must ensure clear vehicular access (suitable for pickup light commercial vehicles or trucks) to the pickup site.
• Materials must be accessible without endangering collection staff or causing damage to private property.
