1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website dhatuwala.com or scheduling scrap metal pickups through our digital platform or customer phone desk (+91-8367553208), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern all transactions, doorstep pickups, and industrial sales organized by DhatuWala from our operational hub at Plot No 24, Chanatoriya, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh - 470004.

2. Pickup Booking & Service Scope

DhatuWala provides metal scrap aggregation, evaluation, and transport services across Sagar, Makronia, Khurai, Banda, Rahatgarh, and nearby regional areas.

• Appointment Confirmation: Booking requests submitted online are subject to confirmation based on vehicle availability and location feasibility.
• Minimum Thresholds: We reserve the right to establish minimum volume thresholds for doorstep residential pickup dispatches.
• Property Access: Customers must ensure clear and safe physical access for collection personnel and vehicles at the specified address.

3. Material Ownership & Accepted Categories

The seller guarantees that they hold lawful ownership and legal authority to sell all scrap materials provided to DhatuWala.

• Accepted Scrap: Ferrous metals (iron, steel) and non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminium, brass, motors, machinery offcuts).
• Prohibited Items: Hazardous waste, explosive containers, sealed pressurized tanks, radioactive materials, stolen property, or illegal goods.
• Rejection Right: DhatuWala reserves the right to reject any material on-site if it fails to meet safety, purity, or legal compliance standards.

4. Weighing, Grading & Spot Pricing

Scrap market values fluctuate daily based on prevailing market conditions.

• Digital Calibration: All weights are determined using calibrated digital scales at pickup for commercial bulk quantities.
• Final On-site Inspection: Rates provided over phone calls or forms are estimates. The final purchase price is established after physical quality grading and moisture/contamination evaluation at pickup.

5. Payment Settlement

Payment is executed immediately following material inspection and verified digital weighing.

• Settlements are made via instant digital bank transfer (UPI, NEFT/IMPS) or cash based on operational limits and transaction scale.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account or UPI details for electronic transfers.

6. Limitation of Liability

DhatuWala will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from schedule delays caused by severe weather, traffic restrictions, or unexpected vehicle breakdowns. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific scrap transaction in dispute.
